Health Records

Health Records are a future OpenETR domain workspace.

The core idea is to treat a health record artifact, consent record, discharge summary, lab report, immunization record, referral packet, or other clinical document as a Controlled Object identified by digest. Signed OpenETR control records could then provide a portable control graph for access, custody, provenance, consent, attestations, and verification.

This domain will need careful privacy, consent, governance, retention, and jurisdiction-specific policy design. OpenETR can provide digest-linked signed evidence, but health-record access rights and clinical/legal effect must be handled by the appropriate health information systems, laws, consent frameworks, and verifier policies.
